OT AUSTRALIA NSW maintains a website Discussion Board to enhance organisational and member communication.

Any information disclosed in the OT AUSTRALIA NSW Discussion Board Area becomes public information and members should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information.

A disclaimer to this effect is published on the website and is included in the Website User Registration process.

Outcome
OT AUSTRALIA NSW Council, Members and Secretariat are confident that that the Discussion Board is managed well and used to enhance organisational and member communication, to the satisfaction of management and members.

Procedure
Access to the content of the Discussion Board is open only to current members who are registered users of the OT AUSTRALIA NSW Website.

Discussion Board management is carried out by OT AUSTRALIA NSW Secretariat Staff. This includes style settings (the look and the style of the content), category and forum creation and management, user management and Association forum message management.

OT AUSTRALIA NSW does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message.
